cuz puttin ur two cents in means to interfare with someone elses business so u gotta pay more for bein nosey.. On the other hand, u pay only one penny for someones thoughts cuz if they dont wanna tell u its kinda their loss.. y pay two whole pennies just so someone can tell u all their problems.. =\
