Two seized BC shipments

A little more on this story from huff post....Seems like Tweed asked and got permission from HC to buy mature and cut plants from a DPPL. The MMPR regulations were for LPs to be able to buy starting materials ie seeds, clones, plants. A cut mature plant is not starting materials, so the RCMP put a stop to it.
Health Canada, care to explain how you can just change or bypass the regulations with a phone call from one of your golden boy LPs?
Someone at HC should be fired. If it was one of us we would be in jail.

I thought that's wht that was for. I was pretty sure I didn't read anything regarding finished product. Good!

These Lps are the big ones and have already been busted and are barely out of the gate......and with product we were led to believe was
mouldy- sub -standard- untested (but ready to sell).
wouldn"t any monies changing hands for this product be illegal????

Anyone know if charges were laid...?
The rest of us would not have seen the light of day in years.....for this kind of qty.
Just wondering....
