Twisted leaves after watering.

I've been getting twisted leaves after I water, but they un-twist after a bit.

I'm in no till soil that I've been using for a few years.

My guess is my pH might be getting a little low, but I don't know. I need to bust out the BlueLab to actually see what the soil pH is, but I'm being lazy.

Any ideas? I just flipped the lights on these a couple days ago. The last pic kinda shows what I mean better. But like I said it will be all fine looking pretty soon.

What’s the pH of the water/feed?

They in flower yet?
My well water is like 7.8. And I usually just give them plain water.

I just switched to 12/12 a day ago.

All those plants are Green Crack clones. But the middle, and one on the right was in my 2x4 with 5000k HLG lights and I just put them in the closet. The one on the left has been in there getting the 3000-3500K spectrum since it was little. It's kinda interesting how they grow different with different lighting.

Yes, I've been adjusting the temp and using some of the hot water tank shit. I know it's not a good idea, and st might be my problem, lol,
Two things can happen
One you shouldn’t use soft water at all
I have a tap ahead of my softener and after my rust filter
Two
If your softener is running at time of running water it will have a brine salty taste
I would try and find a better water source

I don't have a softener. Just straight up well water which is pretty decent at around 150 ppm. Mostly Ca, which I'm learning to deal with.

Were they twisting before u flipped?

Seen youve been mixing hot tap water. Is that from another source? If not compare the PPMs

My hot water tap comes out about 5-6ppm higher than my fresh kitchen tap which is 38ppm

Made me think. 5/6 ppms of what? Copper?

I get those twisting tips a lot when my autos are in there stretching period. Although last run didn’t get the twist and stopped using hot tap water.. don’t know if it’s coincidental or what.

If the soil u suspect is acidifying over time there will be a bigger discrepancy between what you are giving them and the soil.

I grow in organic soil and understand how ph works and so many folks dont adjust it well that is what happens when you dont sometimes. Not always a big deal but the ph swing is causing the twisting. Ph your water it wont happen. It can be debated forever but its how it will go...
That's kinda what I was thinking too, but I didn't use to have this issue. I've adjusted the pH before with citric acid and it didn't make a huge difference, but maybe a little.

I'll start adding citric everytime and see how they respond. My lazy ass should probably just grab the pH probe too, lol.
