twisted leaved in rockwool, pics and complete info

Currently i am growing in Rockwool cubes and i hate my situation. From the very beginning everything is growing dead slow and has constant problems. The first 3 pictures are of G-13 haze and the plant looks and grows like shit. See how twisted the leaves are. Is this nute burn. The whole garden looks aweful compared to my last hydroton garden.....here are my stats

Heat stress

its only 72-74degrees and i just changed to a 250w hps the day i took the pictures. All of those symptoms occured under a 100w metal halide. i dont see how it could be heat stress....any other ideas? please help. they are def VERY SLOW.

I am guessing it's a pH problem. Do you have a meter? How are you checking pH?

yes i have a hanna meter and calibrate every time i use it with both 4.01 and 7.01, excessive i know but whatever. I also double check results with the ph drips you add to a sample and compare color to chart. I think they are over watered and over fertilized

Copper: Leaf edges appear dark green or blue; leaf edges curl upward; young leaves permanently wilt...

Sulfur: Young leaves turn pale green, while the older leaves remain green; plant is stunted and spindly...

Mananese: Growth is stunted; lower leaves have a checkered pattern of yellow and green...

Molybdenum: Leaves are stunted, pale green, and malformed...

A starting point??Not sure myself but figured this may be of some help......hopefully.good luck.

Can't be Molybdenum because that's caused by PH issues, and if he is checking like he claims then that's not the problem.

Try a different more complete nutrient like, Botanicare's Pure Blend Pro and combine with Botanicare's Cal-Mag because it contains the trace minerals to solve most deficiencies.

Try flushing your plants with JUST water next time. (Use 2x the volume of the pot, and just water the plants over a pan or something you can empty)

From now on make sure your PPM is between 1000-1200.

My guess is that you have a salt build-up on the roots which is shutting out trace minerals from getting to your plant which therefore will create deficiencies and stunt growth.

I just pulled everything and transplanted to hydroton. I think my problem was over watering and over fert. The rockwool was drenched and not draining well and thats only when watering twice a day. I read a book on rockwool and it said that watering for more than 15 minutes can and will drown roots. I did not have any root rot but the root mass was much more abundant at the bottom of the pot where i had placed a thin layer of hydroton. I am now going to drip 6 times a day for 15 min. I have added superthrive to my program
