So by refinement you mean take away patients right to grow? Both California and Colorado allow for personal grows. They give the patient the CHOICE to choose between providing for themselves, going to a retail store front, or having a designated grower.
Colorado has also created an entire branch of law enforcement for the rules and regulations on cannabis. Dispensaries ACTUALLY exist(unlike here) and are required to grow 70% of the product they sell, and have it tested. The other 30% is provided by licensed patients, and is also tested. The security requirements for dispensaries is more than some jewelery stores. The list goes on and on... and yet none of what I stated above has been CONSIDERED, let alone refined when HC had the new program in mind. So I will have to strongly disagree
They weren't supposed to be using Canada Post in the first place. They were going to have all their own couriers shuttling it trans-dimensionally through the neighborhood perfectly crime free where you're to hide with it in your basement.
I also don't think that Canada Post is more secure for it in terms of your privacy than any other courier that you're forced to contend with as yet another middle man who just doesn't need to know your business.

the door to door service was for normal mailings..... to superboxes. it's just regular mail..... if your LP is using CP I hope ya order a few weeks in advance... they are slow compared to the other couriers

The biggest benefit to Canada Post is, as I understand it, the same as using the USPS in the States - it's a federal right to have mail and the privacy of that mail is mandated at the federal level.
CCs and other "grey area" shipping companies tend to use CP because it's not a private company.
All LPs are required to use a proper company and last I checked CP was not on the list.

They are. They made an account and they replied to Jony about his product.
I'm pretty sure both strains they mention showing up as "shake" were the strains he ordered and complained about.

Seriously, my wife has been without medication for weeks now and one of the few that actually helps sells out in moments.
I'm now in the process of finding a skype/mmpr doc that will give her a second script has her current doc won't.
If anyone has links to a decent cc or similar please pm me. She is on he last couple grams of "medicine".

This program is broken and im sorry your wife needs to suffer due to it. I was out and about today and i was at cannabisculture in downtown toronto, rumour has it (il take cannabisculture as reputable outfit) they told me LP processing has been halted, out of fear the LPs will sue HC. I really couldnt get more out of them because its a busy place and most of there items are behind glass so customers were taking up there time. They really seemed like they knew what they were talking about as they were mentioning things ive never heard about before but seems completely plausible.
As a lending hand, if the MMAR or equivalent ever comes back il DG for ya if needed.
