Turning Rosin from QWISO into tincture

Hello,
I did an iso wash (aka IPA aka QUISO) which i distilled down to get some rosin, then I decarbed it because I wanted to make a tincture.

Now my rosin is a little coating on the bottom of the bottle I wanted to use for my tincture. (I only used ~3g of flower because this is a little experiment for me).
I added alchohol and I can't seem to see it disolve.

Do I have to do something to dissolve the rosin? It's been a few hours. Maybe I just wait longer?

Wait and or scrape and stir. Are you using ever clear??

I used vodka. I figured it would still dissolve. Ethanol is ethanol, no?
Plus I extracted it already from the flower. Maybe that was stupid ?

It might work i would put it on a warming plate and stir it a lot and see if it dissolves.

In the future use extremely high % food grade alcohol like ever clear when making tinctures. You need that same high % alcohol to dissolve to product as you did the first time to extract it.
