Turning off the lights off schedule

Hello, is there any permanent effect on the plants if I turn off the lights cause of emergencies? Such as the landlord coming in to check on things, cleaning lady, parents visiting etc for no longer than 1 or 2 hours during vegging?

As long as you turn it back on then your fine. I've had to turn my lights off at times. But as long as you cut them back on your little buddy will still be in the vegging stage

as long as it is not for 12 hours. 10 would make me uneasy with some strains.
