ok. Little bit of my history.

have done 2 soil grows. Have done 1 grow in a bc producer box. Have read and read and read everything that I can get ahold of.

soo..

I was looking at the Turbo Garden

Botanicare : Product Overview : Hydrogardens

I know there is 3 different setups: ebb, drip, and aero.
wanted opinions about all three. I had great success with my producer box (drip/dwc) and was leaning toward the drip setup. I don't have a problem with the other 2 setups, but I have never done and ebb or a aero grow.
side note: would love to get into clones and i deffinitly have the space to hold a mother plant and veg op. I am looking at a wardrob grow but house the mother and veging op in a different "closet" to maximize flowing space.

Input appricated. oh and please don't start with "you could build".. I know i can build and I know how to build, but I would much rather buy something that will last a bit longer than a diy plan.

Thanks

I was looking at getting one of those, but I opted for 2 GH Ecogrowers instead. If I had gotten a Turbogarden, I think I would have gone with the top-drip version, but that is just my style.

Wow...strange. I have one of those units, I think...but it's a DWC unit with continually circulating water between the two tanks. Hmmmmm...! Works great though.

i would go with the ebb&flow turbogarden. its the cheapest of the three and probably the easiest to maintain/clean. it can also probably be easilly converted later on if you find out that ebb&flow doesn't suit you. e&f seems to be the most versatile as well, you can use many different types of media and nutes without the worries of little clogged up tubes or sprayer heads.

there is a journal of the 14 pot version somewhere one here. It really rocked. They guy did not fit all 14 pots but i did not see pics, they were not showing. i almost bought the 14 myself, i still might, or the eight or a ebb table or or or, lol. Ebb seems so solid

I'm using the Aero turbogarden. I have a journal on GC... I'm new here.

It works great, but like HighLife said there is very little room for root space and in the aero version they are starting to grow around the misting tubes.

Another downside is that they can't be moved around after a while because the roots really get stuck in there.

After using the Aero, I'd say it works just as good as any other form of hydro, so I would recommend anything but the Aero because of the drawbacks I mentioned.

Good luck!
