ts1000 hanging height and intensity

Hello all, I hope you're all having a good day. I started to grow last Friday in my 60x60x140 tent and I would like to have more information about the intensity and height for my TS1000, at the beginning I put it at about 18/20 inches / 45-50cm. 2 days ago I decided to follow the recommendations of mars hydro on their site, so I left one day at 30cm / 50% power to see if my baby would like. but I'm quite lost I do not want to burn it or do stupid things. Some people say to put the light at 25% power and 24-30 inches. others say to put it lower and more powerful. This is my first ever grow, If you can help me and give me some answers and advice that would be great!

Get the Photone App for your phone. It reads the light intensity in PPFD using the front camera.

Use this to set the correct light output.
