Trying to keep HIDs from being too hot

So I have a 600w hps and 400w adjustable lights set to 50% and 75% 300w for both. Yesterday I turned the lights to 75 and 100% making them run 450w and 400 watts and the temps went from 72-3 degrees to 79-81 and could tell the extra light was causing more heat stress than help over 1 daY. So im currently running the cool tubes in both tents to a fan blowing the heat up and out wit the other side of the cool tube open sucking air from the top of the tent and no carbon filter installed yet (1st week of flower). My main question is should i close off the other side of the cool tube with a duct running fresh cool air directly outside of my tent? I could try to adjust my clip fan to blow near the air intakes since there wouldn't be any suction until ( currently planning buying a 3rd inline but just 4inch this time then hang that with the filter over the light with it either continuously scrubbing the inside of the tent or I could have it blow filtered air through a duct up and out which would help add negative air pressure to suck fresh air from the intake vents, idk what do the rollers think? Im currently running the fan at 20%~ and was going to attach the filter to the other end of the HID but i want to eventually use 100% 600 watts with full blown stink and am not sure how efficient these ideas would work

I'm not sure what you're asking here but the way I always ran my tents before I had a spare bedroom was carbon filter to hood to inline fan pulling the air out. Also, 79-81 isn't too bad just make sure it doesn't get any higher.

Come to think of it that's how I run my spare bedroom now but I just ran the ducting through the wall
