Trying to figure my next run out

Soo in the next month or so I’m gonna be starting another grow. It’s gonna be a basement grow currently being rented out I know it’s cold down there all year round I currently have a 4x4 tent with a 650 meijju strips never used them yet so not sure about the heat they give off but I was gonna put a oil heater in the tent to keep my temps where I want them has anyone had a oil heater in a tent ? Also would it be better to buy a 4x8 tent and have the heater off to the other side of the tent so it’s not right next to the plants ?

During lights on if it's cold but not freezing I can get away with slowing the extraction fan down enough to give heat from the lights time to build up.

At lights off I use small (like really small, tiny units about 1 ft tall) oil heaters with thermostats under the canopy, with small fans on very slow speed spreading the heat, and ventilation slowed down or regulated to a set temp. Have used large oil heaters before but they get in the way.

Also some sort of insulation like polystyrene sheets on the floor helped keep the roots from getting too cold and slowing growth.
