Ok , just a little insight first. I just built a 16x16 split lvl shop in my backyard with a 10x10x7 concrete storm shelter
underneath it. Only way in is a hatch in the shop.
This 10x10 area is going to be my new grow room . I have 2 1000w hps for flowering and a 400w for vegging . I have 2 6 inch vents coming out of the room one for fresh air intake and one for exhast . all lights are air cooled. I plan on 2 12inch fan to circulate the air . Co2 reg and timers .
I will be growing organicly for this op. Temps wont be an issue , I have hvac in the shop that is ducted into the grow area.
Any input is welcome. I'll post pics when room is complete

My input is save the 400w and veg with a combo of 6500k and 7800k fluorescent bulbs. You wont have to worry about heat and your nodes will be closer together which will result in tighter buds and also u use hardly any electricity. Walmart sells a 2 bulb 4 ft fixture for 15 bucks, and the 2 6500k lights they sell for 10 bucks. For flower if youve got good ventalation use as much light as possible.

15 minutes in sketchup.

This is your 10x10x7 room.
I would have the fan pull through the duct and exhaust, I would have the intake let air into the room next to the fan. (the exhaust would then be through the lights starting at the 400w, this would be a good way to separate your intake and exhaust).

I didn't know what kind of entrance you have, so I left that part up to you.
