Trying a northern lights auto

Started this in a rapid rooter 4 days ago. I am going to use a dwc in a 2.5 gallon bucket.

Right now I just have it in 2 inch net pot in a solo cup under my lights. Just using ph'd water for the next week or so. You can see the taproot came out the side of the rapid rooter. Is this bad?

Any words of advice from people who have grown nl auto before?

Leaves are turned down and yellowish. Roots are still popping out of the rooter.
I added fresh water and nutes in my dwc.

My mix per 1 gallon ro water
5ml calimagic
1/4tsp of flora micro and flora gro.
Ph is between 5.5 and 6.3

Rooter is about an inch from the top of the water and is getting the water from the bubbles from my airstones.

Not sure what's going on.

Even using such a small amount of nutes?
