Try to build a cloner from a fish tank

Thanx in advance guys...This is a thirty gallon fish tank that I'm not using. Could you guys give my some ideas, as to how I can turn it in to a homemade cloner. i.e. pumps, lighting, complete setup I'm new.

that almost looks bigger than the tubs i've got for full size plants.
