Try craigslist first!

ProdigalSun...buy from the next county is no good since it would be a state charge if you manifacture with intent to distribute..ie you grow and its more then they say is personal usually more then 28 grams....

Worse case scenario being watched by cops on craigslist yes but happenes daily... Look on line and see how many people popped for this exact same way.

Med legal state, sorry. Guess I'm used to it being different here. Since supplies are mentioned in the law, probable cause isn't applicable to such purchases and activities.

I personally avoid used equipment on craigslist and elsewhere except for reflectors. If I'm going to put bulbs and ballasts in my house I need to know they are safe. I buy the best ballasts I can based on this site and feedback from other growers. Budget stuff is just not me. My john Deere has a hour meter on it and that's what I want on my ballast or I buy it new. If you need a website with new ballasts at a cheap price I can recommend one. The used equipment market sucks as a seller, I'm a buyer on reflectors, never in anything else, maybe clones, but kinda iffy on that. If cl or eBay works for you, awesome!

Well that might be nice for the few who can afford a John Deere, but CL is a great place to shop if you're struggling.
