He was trying to dump something about not wearing masks as a consencus and if fauci regrets not being more forceful about telling people to wear.
Fauci 'Oh we are going to play that game' and the congressman interrupts 'it should be yes or no'
Fauci 'No there is more than a 'yes or no' by the tone of your question'" and then he gave a very good answer about the hospitals needing that PPE and Fauci was not going to divert it from them. And the congressman asked questions to the other witnesses lol.
