Actually O flung some shit. That being said I usually find pissing my neighbor off by changing an agreement by a previous administration then killing his redneck brother not to be the best way for diplomacy. At least in my kneck of the woods. His main goal is to strengthen dicktaters. I remember when the Iranians trained in our air force trainers in Texas. They were our best buds. Then the overthrow. Damn colonialism.
