Yes my asshole boss has not reached out to the main campus for new masks. Instead she has been giving me community donated old masks that most likey have been sitting in some old farmers barn for decades. Her lack of leadership and care for her staff is in serious need of oversite but no one is doing that. There is a very ignorant culture that I am surrounded with. Yes, the band on my mask have snapped while trying to work with patients. After 2 masks bands snapped I figured all she would give me were these defective masks so I shot an email to the other Director I also work with. The fucker emails my email to her and she prints it out saying it’s a manipulative way of getting a mask. She has a baddddd reputation as a backstabber. I was warned of this before I moved into this new department 5 months ago so it’s no surprise. It was just a matter of time till she showed me her horns.
Fingers crossed the masks I ordered are not defective.
