Mmar patients did win in court and were granted the right to continue growing.
Mmpr is discriminatory based solely upon that ruling because of the new rules enacted by Harpco concerning home grows. The Allard case will be successful IMO and those under the new system will also be able to grow for themselves.

The challenge may take time but the outcome will be the same as mmar because you cannot be treated differently than others who are legally entitled to grow for med purposes.

It will all come together, even if the courts have to step in to set the gov straight at times. The precedence for med has been set and there's no turning back.

Better days are coming.

He keeps mentioning people being able to get it from trustworthy sources like the lcbo. Even in Colorado where his visions of filling his pockets come from they have legal Rec and you can't grow as much as you want. If it's truly legal then there wouldn't be a limit.
And it's a catch 22 because they don't want people growing and selling making money without paying the bs tax but the irony is who the fuck would buy it if we were all allowed to grow it.

And in Colorado where they can grow up to 6 plants they have huge market for lp grown weed. Am I right?

They have both homegrows, (albeit limited to 6 plants) and an lp system. Not everyone can grow or wants to and the lp's get a huge boost in sales just from those people alone.

No one here has told me why that wouldn't be the case but a couple have used Colorado as reference when they say there will be no home grows and that it's the model JT wants.

I think everyone uses the term legal wrongly. In everyone's perfect world legal means grown everywhere no more pot charges and or limits but really who thinks they will be alive to see that?
It will always be regulated and looked down on by those that don't use it or profit from it.
Legal to politicians means acceptable as long as we can profit off of it. And how do they profit most?
This website is full of people that can grow meds for a fraction of what regulated mj costs so u don't need to be a rocket scientist to realize it's not profitable if the only people that use it can grow their own.

if the libs win, and follow the Colorado model, then there should be no tax on medi weed, only on rec weed. also 5 or 6 plants per house indoors. a victoria lib candidate said they want to regulate safe production, whatever that means, but sounds suspiciously like the MMPR model. it's entirely possible for them to modify the MMPR, lower some of the requirements, to allow for many lp's of various sizes. that's a potential best case scenario.

Where did Justin say we would be allowed to produce our own? How does his stament that it will be modeled off of Colorado equate to home grows in your mind? He can chose to use any part of the Colorado model he never committed to the exact same model retard. The fact he's deliberately leaving the subject of home grows out of the marijuana discussion is all the evidence we need that he doesn't support it at all. In fact he's proudly proclaimed that he will strengthen laws for those who don't partake in his regulatory framework. No where has he said yes we will allow home production. He hasn't said it for a reason it's not part of his plan. You're making larger assumptions than I am by suggesting the guy who stated it would be modelled off of the Colorado model won't allow home grows.

No where has he said there would be no home grows.
So keep calling names and avoid providing a substantial argument to back up your position of absolutely no home grows.
