the thing you have mentioned is that we keep winning in court....we lot our growing rights and we are still going to court over this topic. see the injunction thread or google the Allard trial.
you keep mentioning the "legal" market as the one that will save us but i look at Washington because i have tried it-and the prices are nuts...$20+ a gram. the government will have to let us grow before we can weigh in.
we can speculate all we want but until they sign the papers, it's all just words and thoughts.
i hope you are right and we can grow away. that day will be glorious for all patients.
Mmar patients did win in court and were granted the right to continue growing.
Mmpr is discriminatory based solely upon that ruling because of the new rules enacted by Harpco concerning home grows. The Allard case will be successful IMO and those under the new system will also be able to grow for themselves.
The challenge may take time but the outcome will be the same as mmar because you cannot be treated differently than others who are legally entitled to grow for med purposes.
It will all come together, even if the courts have to step in to set the gov straight at times. The precedence for med has been set and there's no turning back.
Better days are coming.
