Trouble with nutrient sediment in the bottom of my tank

So i'm running a basic top fed hydro setup with a 50 gal res. I usually keep about 30 gals in it which is roughly 3 gals per plant. After about 2 days the sediment starts to collect on the bottom and gets worse towards the end of the week. I have 2 water pumps and 2 airstones and they cant keep the solution mixed up. I was using botanicare organic stuff, then they told me to switch to this canna part a and b nute system that's salt based and it will fix it. Wrong. It might even be worse. Any cheap and effective ways to remedy this, or should I just can it and go aero?

Its definitely the nutrients. I keep my medium very clean, but its getting aggrevating scrubbing all that crap out of the tank every week.

Im having the exact same problem mate. I've narrowed it down to either the res being too warm, or a light leak into the res. I get all this brown shit in the res, and a bubbly foamy substance floating on the top, after only 2 days of flushing it. My PH also seems to rise too much too often and needs downing every 2nd day.

I had a small hole drilled in the lid of the res which my air pump line went through, and there was a gap on each side of the line about 1-2mm. I thought it wouldn't matter having such a small light leak, but maybe it does. I taped it up so no light could get through at all yesterday, and already I've noticed my Ph has stabilised so this might have fixed it, but tonighit when the lights come on im also going to try putting two frozen water bottles into the res to keep the water temp down. I don't have a thermometer at the moment that I can put underwater so im not sure what temp its getting too, but it doesn't feel too cold.

Checkout my grow thread (https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/182181-my-super-skunk-hydro-grow.html) to see if I end up fixing it. I'll have to do another full flush again to get rid of the crap in there to make sure it doesn't come back.

Well i'm using a solid blue solution tank and i don't have any holes cut for any of my lines. They all run through pre-existing holes which are on the side and are covered by the lid. The only holes in the top are filled by the net pots and hydrotons. I have a temp gage on my hanna ec meter and it reads 62 degrees, not bad. I checked my ph and it climbed slightly but not detrimental (6.7). So i still dont know.

I don't have the foam thing going on right now, but i had it last cycle. I'm not 100% on this but i noticed (last time), a correlation between toxic salt buildup and foam around the rim. Pay attention to that, check for salt, and see if that does anything.
