I just started growing this week i have just a 2x2x4 tent but I’m having trouble keeping the tent cool I have exhaust fan running full blast with 2 fans on the inside but my tent reached 90 degrees F
I’m running a 1000w full spectrum led light with veg and bloom on. Inside the house temp stays around 72 degrees. Any ideas of what I could do different?

If youre in veg, turn your ac down and open the tent up. I also have a duct pulling air from the top of the tent which keeps the space around the lights cooler. But open it up. A little dry, cool air goes a long way.

I didnt see where he had an air conditioner. The exhaust should always be on top, heat rises

If you're just starting with seedlings and your light has a dimmer, turn it down to about 50%.
Your intake open all the way? Check for leaks around your exhaust fan too....I was getting temps like you were but I had a 3ft tent so I opened a couple spots up top to let a little more heat out.

I hate these cheap leds. They put out too much heat and are all low wattage. You need to vent out of the room ideally though. If not you're only reheating the air you pumped out as it's pretty much getting sucked back in.

I have a vent open at the bottom I’ll try opening one up top and see if that helps

If your just moving hot air to room the tent is in it will eventually even out and you'll just be pulling hot air in. Need to cool tent room or vent outside

I was making an assumption based on his ambient temp of 72deg f. He could be in a northern climate where that is an avg temp without ac. In my area, it will be in the 80’s in your house with no ac. But youre right?”, he didnt say he had AC

That's a ton of extra heat from an LED. I'd put a fan on the ballast or driver or w/e component is radiating that amount of heat. Maybe remove the driver and put it outside the tent.
