Trouble Getting Big Yield From Autos. Need Advice

Hey all,

So a couple things. I'm having trouble getting a good yield from Auto flowers. I've tried multiple strains and seem to have the same problem each time. I start with 18/6 light and use Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil mixed with perlite and peat moss. The plant grows in veg stage for about 4 weeks then it turns to flower which I understand is what happens with Autos but it never gets a chance to branch out and develop multiple bud sites causing it to just basically be one large stem and thats it.

I feel like im stuck between a rock and a hard place because I tried using Urb nutrients to give a better yield. My photoperiod flowers love it. But it was giving the Autos nute burn. So basically I read that you cant really give too much nutrients to Autos. I also read that you shouldnt transplant autos and just start them in the big pot which I do usually transplant them at least once.

So if I can't transplant and I can't give nutrients, I don't know what else I could do so that I get a better yield?
Also the lighting is fine because I dont have these problems with the photoperiod strains.
Hi T, Without giving full details contributors will fill in the blanks themselves and run with. What are the dimensions of your tent. Size of your container. Any pictures of the nute burn or name of strain. Name of light manufacture and model (you understand the stated wattage Vs actual draw)
Lighting is "Go" word on any forum. It pays to do your own research and put your money down (or not).
My RQS cookies auto grew like a mini xmas tree yield was 1 and a bit Oz dry. My favorite smell of any strain (except Royal Kush).
Happy growing buddy what ever/ where ever!!
