Christmas came early, I like to resupply before the holidays as usual before it starts to get hot for the season.
Had to sit down last week and really thought about it, do I want direct import Cali bags for $90 - $120 each for 3.5g of that dispensary grade Ten Co, Jungle Boyz. Alien Labz or Darwing Farms and keep it on a low for arond 14g total, or get this. So after some time I decided I'll leave the dispensary grade for a perfect occasion later and settle down for a long, but warm and high as fuck winter
So here we are peeps. 2 zips landed and I would like to say I made a right choice!
Saw the Tropical Nerdz (Strawberry Cough & Grape Ape) - had to take it! Nothing like coughing on that strawberry back in the old school days hiding in my basemet hitting a joint with my bro after a long party weekend, can never forget the taste forever..... Watch the movie 'Children of Men', what memomries man
First the smell hit me, though I've never tried any of the Grape Ape strains as long as I can remember. It difinitely has a Tropical overall smell. like capri sun type lemonade smell, but with that extra synthetic strawberry on top of that, the tropical is overpowering though.
The taste is similar, a littler fruity on the tongue. I'm happy it's something different than the regular OG's nowadays, took a break from SpaceX fuel powerlines and gassy notes, it's gasss anyways, just it a tropical nerdy way.... Very nice overall, good quality bud, beautiful fluffed out dank, no PGR on this one I believe. Learned a thing or two after the last reviews, read the feedback from the og's, switched my connects for holidays, not taking risk on this beautiful month for sure for sure.
Effect is where it got me, a little creeper one for sure. The type you get hit in the face after the first half of the joint is down, and start melting.
Great for music, blasting Squeeze Benz's playlist, Skriller on the go, US hip hop is in a transition for sure a last couple of years...
