How much good trim do ya'll get from a pound of bud? Im sure it varries but whats a rough estimate? A percentage?

I've found dry trim makes far better tasting and more bubble hash, using either the mixer or a machine. Dried and cured trim is even better.
If you try a test run with wet stuff, make sure your water is as cold as physically possible without being slushy. (Same as ever, really. Just added importance with wet stuff.) Your yields will be way down if the fresh resin isn't extra brittle.

I was asking how much weight in trim you get from a havest.... and I know it varries from stain to strain but what would be a rough estimate... like 10%,20%, or 30% of the weight you harvest?

Someone could tell you 10% and another could tell you 40% and they'd both be right. Depends on the strain and how much you trim off.

from wat ive read.,.,shen buds are only 10% of the plants total weight.,.,i just trimmed th very bottom branches from the shadedside of ini outdo0r plant got bout a quarter unce and a go0d heap of trim and branches/sugar leaves.,.,its a 5 fo0t plan bout five feet wide.,.so the branches were huge
