Trim Sugar Leaf for Vaporizer Use?

I only grow for myself and a couple friends; we all vape. I have been trimming less sugar leaf with each harvest-- it all ends up in the grinder anyway, I figure.

I was wondering if other folks who vape trim bud as if it were to be smoked, or if you are less fussy with it.

Yup I got some JocK horror and puple kush that I smoke the sugar leaves un my vape and their pretty damn good when its all u got!

Frankly, I don't even bother trimming some of it away from the bud anymore. A well manicured bud is a pretty sight, but I don't want to spend the time.

I often wonder if weed destined to be vaped should be cured differently, too. Smoking may demand a different level of moisture than vaping. I want to experiment some time with different curing techniques to find out what brings out peak flavor.

We have a vape, but I prefer using a bong or joint. You can't taste the smoke in a vaporizer, and you get less of a body high and a more mental one vaping.

I have a SSV wand type vape.

And I turn all my trip and popcorn buds into bubble hash. Then I vape that.

Hash in the wand is great because it lasts a long time, and it has a much nicer taste then smoking it.


If you put a curing bud in my vape wand and start drawing through the whip it will instantly dry out the bud and start hitting. You can even put fresh buds in the wand and hit it. There will be no green taste. The THC Sublimates and the left over is green leaf.
