trim fan leaves or leave?

hi all, i have a real bushy plant 5 weeks in to flower,the plant is called aftershock,white widow x calafornia orange,i have been chatting on this site,some people say don't trim,some say trim fan leaves off,i just want to hear your opinions tnx.

i was told to trim lower fan leaves as it grows to allow more light to penetrate to the bud. if it helps is beyond me.

ok tnx for reply,i have herd some people say trim off all fan leaves just want to hear what people say in general.

dont trim anythig unlees 50 or more percent dead. the leafs are what make the buds, just bend them out of the way or tie out the way. u dont need to trin the bottoms either, if those leafs weren recieving enough light they will die and fall off,

ok,thanks nothing on that plant is dead,just the odd leaf at the bottom falls off,but that is normal i think.

That is a big bushy plant all right. If you feel some of the buds is being cover by another leaf then you can trim it off. Just don't cut those big fan leaves that has good source of light. Looks like you are using HPS and there shouldn't be problem of enough lights or not. If you are going to trim it then do it in stages, a few a day shouldn't cause much stress to the plant.
