lol ... I did click the picture up ... I mean more magnification than that . but once again .. the buds not fully matured .. so ima gonna stick with clear ........ it may have some cloudy , but I really cant tell . I would give that plant a little more time regardless ....

I deff see some cloudy unless its just a illusion from the cam but theirs probaly most clear because that bud does not look done yet just look at them yourself search clear cloudy trichomes etc, on google images

I would also say clear/cloudy from the looks though, really could do with magnifying it 30x or so.

cant tell for sure without magnification but looking at the bud ... I'd bet on still clear .....
^ this. you cant realy tell from pics like that untill it turns amber and the whole thing looks almost brownish, but from what i can see i would say its still clear.

I agree.

If the point of your question is to find out if the buds are mature enough to chop, the answer is:

No, they're not ready. When the calyxes get swollen and the pistils recede, ask again.

From what I hear you have a about a 7-10 window between head high or a more body high. Obviously I want the former by my question

you still got time...even to achieve what you are looking for, I'm sure, even without seeing the whole plant it's too early.
