Trichrome opinion please

Hi Everyone,

Looking for another opinion on these trichromes. I was going to start flushing on Friday and flush for one week and then chop. These are white widow autos grown in soil.

One friend says a week out and another says not even close. This is my first time growing so I have no comparison. Pics below. Sorry for clarity but they are tricky to get a clear pic of!

Thanks a ton!!

clear=leave alone; milky chop for head high; 15-25% amber=couchlock; over 50% amber=past time to chop

btw...I see a lot of clear and no amber...could be a month or more away :)

Thanks for the clarity! My one friend said this is milky and the other said they are clear still. I definitely want to chop when they are milky and not yet amber.

You shouldn't even be looking at the trichomes on that plant yet! Its still totally covered in fresh white pistil growth which means its still trying to grow you more bud! Stop putting focus on the trichomes while the plant is still totally immature. Trichomes are the LAST part of determining when to harvest a plant.

Just judging by that bud pic you are at least 30 days away yet. Your one friend needs glasses I think.

I would wait a week and check again. Definitely milky now but waiting is prudent.
they aren't milky at all, that picture is incredibly misleading. it's not magnified nearly enough, and most of what you can see is at an oblique angle...if you look at those from directly overhead, they'd all be crystal clear....blow up the pic and look for the few you can see from overhead.

Thanks for the support everyone!

I find it is so hard to get decent pics or even see them with a loupe. Maybe I have bad eyes but I’m thinking I might be better off with a digital scope.

Here is how they are looking now two and a half weeks later. Apologize for the poor quality. FD8A6349-5514-4CCB-BDF0-6545772FA299.jpeg06686A69-30AF-43ED-B5E5-849506FE0CDC.jpeg0AA5EF28-02A4-4813-B12D-26D205C0F01C.jpeg20EA4C89-97F6-40F0-9688-122FC59CE9CB.jpeg
