Trichomes or mold??

Those are trichs you can tell by how shiny they are.

Make sure you have good air circulation around the plants and keep humidity between 30%-60% then you won't get mold.

High humidity + poor air circulation = perfect for mold growth.
 
Trichs, from what I can see zooming in. Not wispy, and they are individual little mushroom shapes.
