Trichomes on 10 days old plants?!?!

So here's the deal guys ... I have 5 queens growing on a balcony, they're like 10 - 12 days since they sprout, already going on 4th set of leaves which are 5 blades. :)

But I noticed they started stinking so skunky, I love it! BUT! I know what makes this stink in Cannabis, so I thought how it could be ... I got my magnifier up and what do I see ... They are seen even without the magnifier but are yet tiny, with the magnifier I clearly see TRICHOMES ... Those with glandular heads, and those with no heads but tentacle.

I did my math, I have 11 hours of total direct sunlight a day, the day's duration is 14 hours and 27 minutes around here, they shouldn't start flowering now should they?!?! Are they even flowering? Or is this normal trichome production??? They are NOT autoflowers! It's a classic Skunk. <3<3<3

Red marker shows to where the trichome production is spread, it's also on lower leaves. :D

I usually do more research than a genius could but here i'm totally clueless beside this being normal for this phenotype and these trichomes to be an early production for this phenotype.

Im not bashing you... Mine are about the same age and there is a faint smell, but trichs develop during flower. Unless they are already starting flower you probably are seeing something else....

Apparently they are the first type of trichomes that could appear or may not and are really small, they become visible if they are really dope, as far as I read. I wish I could send a pic of them, they're like all over the damn leafs even adds this shinning to them.

So what's the problem? Sounds like you got really strong genes man. Let it grow, let it grow, let it grow.

Exactly appears the genes are great! On the new set of leaves from today there's even more tons of those tiny little juicy jujus. :) Sad I can't show em to you guys, but if a friend of mine comes by I could use his phone, it makes ultra shots. :)

Another thing though, I was just thinking about the photoperiod and that if I was outdoor for real, they'd need to last to December to be ready, but snow falls in October here, so that's a real deal of an issue! I'm so glad I'm hybridized indoor-outdoor (balcony). :D
I just gotta figure out when exactly to put them to bloom ... And prepare my 400W MH for latest flowering states to bombard the bud with Trichomes. :D

If you have a 400w mh why not just use it to veg it some and flower it? Ive used a 250w mh to flower two small plants and it came out great.

'Cause the sun at this point has much much better lumenous flux than this 400w MH and will help them a lot more, as I said I have 11 hours of direct sunlight on them. :) I plan on using it when the sun gets insufficient at some point when I'm a few weeks into flower and buds development is massive already, 'cause MH can't produce big fat buds, but it can force the plant in the last few weeks increase trichome production and quality of THC due to it's ultra-violet spectrum. And this way I have practically supreme grow with lowest possible budget. :)

As I said I think a lot before I do!

This is not my first grow and those trichomes I haven't seen on previous grows I had so they are indeed this type but more vigorous in this genes I have now.

Ummm dude, veg state those plants should be getting at least 18 hours of light a day. With 11, they are gunna get ready to flower sooner than you want.

Mh CAN produce fat buds. Hps would be better for flowering, but shit some people (like me) just stick to cfls and have had some nice grows.

I suggest at some point towards the end of the day, you move em inside under the mh light for a few hours.

Mh definitely can produce nice big buds. And molly's suggestion was great (move em under mh when sun goes down). To me it sounds like the seasons where you are do similar things to the seasons here, and I know if I put out a young plant rhat wasnt well established it would start to flower right now and get trichs on basically the whole plat except the main stalk.
Personally I think your plant is either starting to or getting ready to start flowering at this point and it needs longer daytimes. That said I also havent seen the plant. Does it have any stigma? (Hairs) or any signs of sex?

Thats a valid point ^^ the minute you said it got 11 hours of light that changed everything.
