Trichome help needed microscope pics inside

Those look really nice man, especially for the bud to leaf ratio. It all really depends on what you like, I see them just starting to Amber on the bottom pic which implys their ripe. Earlier harvest generally brigs forth a more energetic/less sedative opposed to waiting about a week or so and the effects of the flowers will intensify and they will fatten up a little more. Lower branches aren't going to be as ripe as the top colas so some people like to go through the plant with a scope and only pick the desired ripeness letting the underdeveloped ones finish up.
Personally I take about 25% of the plant once they are at your stage (good wake and bake)and then finish off the rest when I see a good coverage of Amber. I also used to be a strong believer in flushing your plants, discussed it on here an decided to try feeding the whole way through on my last harvest..... Never flushing again. It is all about the cure. But that's another story. Good luck man

Thanks Bro. I'm making an Amazon order today or tomorrow already. This is something I've been wanting for a while. If it is still out of stock when I order my other stuff at least I'll have the specs for a good one and maybe find something comparable, or like you said maybe I can find it elsewhere cause I know from your pics the damn thing works good.

nope the scope has a button on it to take pictures...it needs to be connected to a pc to use
Looks to me like she is mostly milky with a touch of amber. I would go ahead and chop her now.
WARNING FOR NEWBYS ON TRICHOMES -- If you use a small mini-scope like I do (30x) it is important that you are aware of the background you have while viewing the tri's. I used to put a sugar leaf on a sheet of white paper and check the tris that way. Problem is that with a white background the clear tris will appear milky. So now I put the leaf on the back of my hand and dial in the 'scope that way.
TIP ON USING A SMALL 'SCOPE -- It is difficult to dial in the focus wheel on the 'scope and keep the leaf stable at the same time. Try resting one corner of the 'scope on the back of your hand right above the leaf. While keeping that corner stable on your hand rock the 'scope back and forth until you are in focus. That way you don't have to use the focus wheel.
