Tray 1 Day 37, Tray 2 Day -1

Well, it was going to be day 1 of tray 2, but I appear to be a drain bulkhead short. So, postponing that until tomorrow. I at least got the tent and lights ready today, and did some staking to help narrow up the first tray.

Things are going pretty well, the Shishkaberry continues to struggle from earlier problems. Also looking like she may finish earlier, not sure what I'll do about that if the Atomic Hazes need longer.

I managed to knock 3 plants over during the nutrient change today, lol. The layout of the pots in the new tray is designed to help with that. They are all tight together, with the square pots up against the side of the tray. Between that and staking earlier, it should be a lot more stable.

Thanks for looking!

Growth I thought may have been hermie on AH4. Looks like maybe a purple leaf?

Thanks! Doesn't always feel that way but when I feel overwhelmed I just slow down and smoke another bowl :-P

Looks great, and a clean grow room to boot. All your leaf tips are burnt though. Could dial down the nutes a hair i'd imagine.

Yeah, I originally had the EC at 2.2, which was probably too much for the Shishkaberry anyway, but I then let it get away from me and it got up to 2.7 for a few days a couple weeks ago. I brought it down to 2.0 after that, and I just changed the water and have it at 1.8 now, the lowest I've had it in flower. I left room in the res to dilute if necessary, but I think I'll see how this does for a couple days. Thanks for your input.

Quick update, got the other tray in. I was wondering whether to try to separate the plants from their current mesh pots, and in order to evaluate I picked up the first candidate. What I discovered was a massive 1/2" thick root bed already snaking out underneath the pot:

I think trying to remove them will damage them, but I'm a little worried they won't grow out of the sides of their current pots like they are the bottom. We'll just have to wait and see.

Just to follow up on this, since I wasn't sure nesting mesh pots would be the best idea. I can see some vigorous new root growth coming out of the 8" circular outer pot now, so it seems like this technique works. I'm not seeing anything on the 9" square pots yet, but there is quite a bit more hydrocorn in those, hopefully they will poke through soon.

How did the harvest look from tray 1
