That is upsizing about 1000% container volume... personally I would say absolutly not if it’s a seedling, but if it is a well established clone, you could, though with another stage between those would help things move quicker and establish a better root structure. She is a clone will put photos on before trying tho

I wouldn't. Pots stay wet too long if your roots don't fill up enough of it. You'll get faster growth if you use a medium size pot in between so you can dry the roots out more times and force them to grow out into the pot.
