Transplanting

I was just wondering if it's best to transplant shortly after the lights come on or before they go off? I work 90% of the time the lights are on. I see them for a half hour before work and a hour after work. But it would be easier for me to do it after work but the lights go off shortly after, is this a problem? When do you guys do yours?

It shouldn't matter...a transplant is a transplant weather its in dark or light...it really wont make any difference when you do it

i usual transplant my plants as the light is coming on cause when i transplant i also water the plant and i like them to have a full lights period to drink the water when i put it in but i dont personally know if its a good idea or if it really matters its just what i do
