transplanting

hi,
i just transplanted 2 of my plants in 10.5L buckets, drilled 9 1/2 inch holes for drainage, i was just wondering, is it ok to put them back out in direct sunlight? called my mom she told me to put it in the shade because the sun might be too harsh for them after transplanting. I was under the impression that the sun would energize it and get it up faster. What is the right thing to do?

the sun can be a little intense at first for them !!

just introduce them to the sun a little at a time

myself i always said fuck it and put my transplanted babies directly in the sunlight

and they always turned out fine

but thats a risk that i take

just take the safe road and do it a little at a time !!
