Transplanting to Save Them? Good/Bad?

Is transplanting these from the original grow site in the ground, into cups with less nutrient rich soil potentially dangerous? Will this kill them?

They don't seem to be doing well at all in the dirt they are in, and so I want to put them in less harsh soil, as I think the nutrients have burnt them.

one problem we made was the nuets, we applied the amount a full grown plant would need when they were the same size as yours which ofc,.. is to much maybe its that, water it down until they are bigger?,.. it worked for us also check your PH that also can stop the plant feeding properly

Like i say i'm still a newb but i hope my limited experiance is of some help.
