Guys do you prefer to water the soil before transplant, water after transplant or just transplant then water a few days later???

water it good and then let it dry out then water again and so on if you have good drainage and air movement you have nothing to worry about don't cause any more stress to you plant then can be avoided

Yeah man either way, both work. I've done both, I started using dry, after a lot of reading I had some trial and error experiments I wanted to try. My most recent experiment was mixing all the ingredients and wetting it and letting it set, I wanted to let it set for month but I didn't have time, the first batch sat for a week. Second batch for 2days , 3rd 2 days, to make enough for the whole grow would be a fucking mountain of mix lol . The propose for wetting and letting it set is to get it hydrated of course but mostly to let the microbes get established, start to break down the goods in the soil and make the natural time line better. For the plant at least, because that kind of advance planing is inconvenient as hell, for a stealthy grower it's a lot shit to hide .

I guess it all bowls down to do what you can with what you can do with. The perfect situation is never been my situation. They'res a lot of peeps on here smarter than me, and in better situations than me and they're advice might fit better for you so always keep in mind your situation and how our advice may or may not work for you. Try to have an overall plan and work the plan, try not to be to reactive but proactive.

Overwatered?? I wouldn't flush it , not at such a young age with real little need..
let the pot dry out and water only when needs it .

With it being an auto you've done yourself no favours by transplanting it or flushing it . Leave her alone , get a feel for the pot now while it's wet and wait until it's light ..

I would say continue with just water but if you've flushed properly and stripped the soil of its nutrition I would seek advice on feeding at low strengh

I can promise is wasn't over watered it only looks that way BC of the flush I was told my soil is very hot for seedlings. Basically I'm just wondering if it will pull through. I think it is still alive but I'm worried its just gunna croak over here a pic next to the other three healthy ones is the same soil transplanted the same day.and no need to mention my lights I have a 4ft 8bulb t5 ho showing up on Monday those light and sun light are just keeping them alive, I think

Don't flush...or listen to peeps who use bottles of stuff to grow. These are seedlings: all they need is the right amount of moisture and your mix might be a little too much for them. They need very little if at anything at all except water at this stage. Don't give them nutes or anything at this point. Allow your soil to dry out to a "damp sponge" moisture level and try to maintain that. Use a hand mister to water them for the next couple weeks and drench the roots only sparingly until they get some nodes on them. Next time use a starter mix or cut your mix down with perlite and coco. They will recover once the ph normalizes; your mix is just too rich for youn-ins. No big deal though cuz it's organic so no need to panic

I let the soil dry out so the root ball is like one solid mass which makes transplanting easier IMO. More importantly use granular mycorrizea & sprinkle that shit under the roots when you drop your plant in like magic fairy dust. Myco is the secret to organic growing; really does make better plants & results in better yield. Use recycled root balls as starter mix in the future; I typically add nothing to it but water & it works like a charm. Makes for super happy healthy young plants later on.

That's what I was saying earlier, in reply 2. So can you elaborate about root ball thing that's pretty interesting?

I've heard of ppl leaving roots in the soil for next grow their reasoning was the roots still had planty of nutes. I don't know much more than that.
