my plants are about 3 to 4 feet tall
& it seems like they are too big for my pots...

im about to start flowering in a week and would like to transplant them into bigger pots.

is this safe or will my plants go into shock and die after transplanting??
what technique should i use?

any other tips, please feel free to post.

it should be fine to transplant. just get some one to help you. take your hands and put them on both sides of the stem turn it upside down. then get someone to pull the pot off set it straight into the new pot with disturbing the root ball as little as possible. but do it while the soil is still a little moist so it stays together.
hope this helps

Some plants really stretch once they start to flower. If you have the money, just do it. ..couldnt hurt. Just be gentle. Moisten the soil with water with a quarter strength root stimulator in it. If it gets bigger cool, but I think the majority of the growing is done in the veg state.

thats weird, i have the exact opposite results, when i harvest they'll have massive well developed root systems to support their massive canopys.
