Transplanting problem

Hey guys haven’t done much transplanting at all and I usually start them in their final pots, but this time round I’m trying start small finish big. I was transplanting one of my smaller plants and when I went to drop her in half the medium dropped off from under taking a fair amount of roots with it, I know the plant should be okay and will suffer some slow down and abut of shock but is there any advice on making things a little easier on the little guy? Have watered with a healthy dose of rooting hormone for now in hope it promotes some rapid root growth to recover but if there is anything else you can recommend I’m all ears

Increase CO2. Spray the leaves with seltzer water. Add mycorrhiza or other beneficial bacteria like Recharge.

water in some seaweed solution, it will help boost the root system AND HELP IT RECOVER oops, faster

Not using Co2 but will give the seltzer water a go, I guess it’s because the water is carbonated?

Just get a couple of lazy guys to hang around your plants. Especially if they’re gun nuts or hotrodders. There’ll be enough CO2 to green up an orchard.
