How long after i transplant should i wait before i start flowering?

Is it normal for the top roots to expose themselves a little bit around the trunk?

@couple weeks should be enough time for the plant to recover.

They arent showing any signs of being stressed. Is that normal? I am running LEDs and i have VERY tight node spacing and nice thick stalks. They are only 12 inches tall and were barly starting to cover the bottom of the bucket in roots. I prolly could have let them stay in those 3 gals for the whole flower phase. I guess ill give it a week, i get 2 more 300w LEDs in 2 days so hopefully the smaller ones will explode making me want to keep vegging them.
