transplanting from soil

hiya lads
just a quickie here
i got soem nice plants off a amte that are over 12ins big and want to transplant them into my hydro tank from the soil what is the best way do u guys suggest as not to disturb the roots too much? i know from experience last time i did it they will no doubt droop over but come back just wondering what people say is the least stressful to them

I can't advise you much on HOW TO, but I can tell you I've seen dozens of growers do that and get spider mite eggs and spider mites real fast.
I don't know what, but do something to clean those roots good. You got to get the soil and any egg or larvae off of them.
