Transplanting from coco to soil

Im on my second grow and the plants dont Look as happy as on my last run with soil. They also grow slower and i dont like the extra work that comes with coco. Can i transplant them into soil ? And should i water them right away at soil ph ? They are 17 days old at the moment.

Coco just lacks nutrients. I would recommend moving them to soil now. Don't worry about knocking the coco off the root ball, just do a typical transplant and you should be fine!
