Transplanting and switching photoperiods?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if transplanting to a bigger container the same day as switching photoperiods would cause too much stress? Any feedback is appreciated.

If you do a good job of transplanting the plant will never know anything happened. Some people say there is not any root growth after they switch to flower but I am not sure that's correct.

I try to FIM/Trim/Transplant 7-10 days before transplant...
I watch roots grow all the time... HA... I have transplanted a Pepsi [2L size] clear into a two gallon during Bud, 2 weeks after switch...
The roots exploded into the new container.... Roots grow in Bud, if you have a healthy plant....
Another BS MJ rule thrown out....
Next time, plan ahead....

Did you know.... You can not "plan ahead" and "think of head" at the same time ?
