Hello all so I transplanted today but found out it wasnt ready to be transplanted. The root ball fell apart and tore some roots any advice. I'm growing outdoor in soil in fabric pots .. is there anything I can do to help her

Maintain proper watering and fertilization, and cross your fingers you didn't damage more roots than what the plant requires to keep itself alive and repair itself.

Did you transplant when the pot was wet? Don't next time if so. It's much easier and safer to transplant when the pot is dry.

Yea it kinda moist it wasnt wet but wasnt dry
So should I continue same schedule. I heard if shock giver some shade for a day or so .
Or spray the leaves or feed .

I've broken off roots before on smaller plants and they thrived. It is a weed afterall. Makes sure to keep consistent watering, don't over water either.
