Transplanting out of grow bags....... fuck that shit. I hate it.

If you were going from plastic pots to 5 gallon bags I'd say go for it.

But getting the roots gently out of that bag specifically if they have grown to the bag itself will be high stress.

Thanks and yea that’s what my concern was I seen a few method I migh just cut them since it’s just 3 that ll leave me with 2 and I ll have 5gallon bags. Going to start going from solo to 1 gallon then maybe 5 so it’s easier but thanks again

Same here. I just cut my last 2 gal fabric pot to go into a 5gal. I won't be doing that again.
 
Up to you honestly. 2x4x6 doesn't allow for a ton of vertical room for growth. Would keep them in 3 gallon containers and add another layer of trellis around week 3 of flower depending on height.

2 hgl 100 ( only running one for veg)
Is it worth going from a 3 gallon to 5? Went from solo to 3 gallon and fox farm ocean fert.
Week 3-4 going to veg a few more then flip at appropriate size.
i notice yellow tips on one plant be sure and take care of the issue
