Transplant stress / nutrient defeciencies when moving to 5gal pots

4 days ago I transplanted from my 1 liter smal pots to 5 gallon pots. Using bio bizz lite soil (all peat 30 perlite no nutrients) with the biobizz line. Moistened the soil but didnt soak it and did my tansplants. Room is about 50% humidity 74 degrees lights on 24/0. And I often get this deficiency stress thing that ends up working it self out after I get past the first watering.
First leaves just do the curling thing where they look textured. Then leaves get the yellowing and browning inbetween veins, purplish stems. And some strains dont get as bad as others.
Any input appreciated.

That’s a cold room if your using led lights you should shoot for like 79 degrees to 82 degrees with the light anywhere from 20 to 30 inches away depending on intensity and I would try and get my humidity up to like 55 to 65 that way the plants uptake more and grow in a ideal environment after that you look at other issues but I would try that first and see how they do and it’s good to do a saturation when you transplant to a new pot

I don't think that Light Mix has any nutrients in it, isn't it more like Promix? I would feed them, and be careful not to overwater, give them a good wet/dry cycle until they root out. I'd also get your temps up to 80 at least, then you'll see them take off.

Yeah im using HLG Scorp Diablo dialed to 50% and about 24 inches above. Will get the numbers up and maybe do an early watering to get everything wet. I just got it wet enough to where when you squeeze it hard in hand only few drops come out.

Yeah its basicly pro mix just certified organic. I did give them a dose of nutrients with the first watering out of the bag.
