Hello RIU community,

Just transplant my two month old girls from DWC to Ebb and flow bucket.
They are wilting over one night.
I found it could be too intense light to cause the problem.
Im wondering what can I do to fix it?

res. EC was 1.2, I cut it half to 0.6 today.
trimmed of about 1/3 of the branches.
Im also going to turn the lights off for 24hrs.
what else I can do to fix?

Should I no adding any nutes when transplant?
Should I always leave it 24hrs darkness right after I transplant?
or how much LUX should I cut off when transplant?
Its pretty much the same LUX when they in DWC

Any feedback are welcome
cheers guys

Nice setup, happened to me last year when i had 4 plant outdoor i transplanted from ground to pot right before flo
Took 3 days but they survived i only turned off lighting for 24 and watered the next day

This is not pro info.
Good luck !

Shit man i cant offer any help on dwc but im having same problem transplanting clones, never had it happen before but they wilted within hours, put them in dome for humidity seems to be helping a little bit, hopefully they bounce back for ya, good luck my friend!!

Do both systems keep roots in water at all times?
They kinda look like they are dry or in need of water...maybe decrease the delay between watering in current system so they get more water sooner and then slowly increase the delay over time.
You might be able to top feed a few times to see if they respond also.

Thank you all for the reply!
All my girls bounce back with 24hrs darkness

@Mak'er Grow no my ebb system didnt keep roots all water all the time.
I increase flood times in between, also flood in lights off period(which I usually dont)

Again thank you all the the feedbacks
Cheers

Just found your thread, I’m new to the whole ebb and flow but want to give it a try to put more plants into the grow tent without making an entire RDWC with pvc since I had a nightmare of leaks and did it with one tote connected to a chiller...

my question is will that work the same way on the Ebb & Flow
Table?

How often do you flood the table, and for how long?

My girls are 1 months old now, In 6 inch net cups, I want to put them on Ebb table to grow about 6 autos along with them, I want to transplant without killing, and I will have to move the entire net cup to ebb table since the roots are extremely large now.,

btw they’re in 6 inch bucket fit net cups.
