Transplant shock or nute deficiency?

Have run into some problems with the only plant that didn't have a problem. I think it might be transfer shock? Or a nute deficiency, but I'm not sure yet. just put them on 12/12.

What do you mean transfer shock? like transplanted? I had a similar problem with one of mine, it had todo with the roots and too much nutes. I got more oxygen to my roots and cut back on the dose of nutrients..

Is there any circulation in there? I don't see any fans. Do you keep the door closed? Looks like a moisture issue, soil and air.

Nute burn would move in from the tips.
