Transplant advice

Hi,

I have 4 Indica dominant strains, 4 weeks old.
Now in 2 litter pot.

Usually I move them to 7 liter for few weeks, and then to the final 11 liter, wait few days and flip to 12:12.
I am thinking maybe to jump to the final pot and just carefully water them.

What will be the best for the plant?

a. 2 litter -> 11 litter (final)
b. 2 litter -> 7 litter -> 11 litter (final)
