Totaly new to growing

Hi all total beginner to growing just have a small tent 1x1x2 that is in meters i am from Nz . my set up is 100mm inline fan and small carbon filter my light is nanolux 315 cmh. Got 8 seeds that are in seedling tray waiting to sprout going to start in soil but do have couple plastic 50L containers to make a dwc eventually (air pump rockwool air stones etc) .

alright now that is out the way I do have a question ,
I don't have a lights to start the seedling's can i use the light i got if its at a good distance from the seedlings i will have too replant into pots from the trays i got, i would like to start a mother plant to take clones for when i try to do dwc tote bins.

Any advice is appreciated thank you

Little add on thinking about getting maybe CFL 6500k for seedlings and clones thoughts opinions maybe even T5 light for the job

Seedlings don't need a ton of light. A couple small CFLs should be fine for 8 seedlings. Put the CFLs close to the plants.
